Walk to End Alzheimer's 2011
The Hummel Village team raised $1,755.00 by participating in the Walk to End Alzheimer's in Santa Maria on September 17th, topping its goal of $1,000.00 and ranking 4th out of 45 teams in terms of fundraising!
4th of July Potluck
Our 4th of July potluck was held Saturday, July 2, 2011 - a great time was had by all, residents, staff and family members alike!
Hobo Potluck
Hummel Village held its first-ever Hobo Potluck on Saturday, May 28, 2011. What is a hobo potluck, you ask? There was no pre-planned menu or assigned categories, Hummel Villagers brought whatever they wanted and the menu turned out to be a great surprise! We got into the spirit and dressed in hobo costumes - it was so much fun!

Hummel Village residents gather often for Bingo in the Village Center. Family members are welcome!
Monthly Mixers
Hummel Village residents gather once a month for a mixer - a cocktail party with wine, sodas and finger foods. The mixer is held at a different house each month so residents have the opportunity to meet their neighbors.
