Our worry-free housing package: Your private apartment PLUS you will also have use of all community areas, both inside and outside of all of our buildings, including our six guest rooms for visiting friends and family, our Village Center, our library with books, games, and puzzles, our park with barbeques and picnic areas and free to use our Village computer, located in our Village center.
Our utilities package: Water (tankless water heaters for continuous hot water in all buildings), gas, electricity, water softeners, PLUS FREE use of laundry facilities located in each building.
Our maintenance package: Trash collection, landscape maintenance, interior maintenance (we even change your light bulbs and smoke detector batteries), pest control. Also included is FREE weekly housekeeping and FREE weekly linen service! Plus our on-site management is always on call!
Our cable and wireless internet access package: Basic Comcast cable television (upgrades can be added) and complimentary high speed wireless internet access.
Our programs package: A varied schedule of social events all month long. These include on-site activities such as birthday parties, potlucks, bingo and game days, as well as off-site activities such as trips to the Melodrama, Chumash Casino, PCPA , shopping trips and monthly trips to a variety of local restaurants for lunch.
